Healthy Homemade Granola

INGREDIENTS
- 500g oats
- 150g sliced almonds
- 50g cashnuts
- 50g chopped raisins or other dried
- 1 banana
- 1 teaspoon cinamon and vanilla
- 125g honey or maple syrup
- 125g olive oil or other neutral oil
DIRECTIONS
Prep time: 15minutes
Cook time: 25 minutes
Preheat your oven to 160 C and then line a baking tray with a baking paper. Set it aside.
In a large dish (bowl), mix together sliced almonds, oats, cinnamon and then add crushed banana.
Pour in the oil, honey or syrup and vanillia.
mix well.
Pour granola onto earlier prepared tray and spread it well.
after 10min of backing, stir the granola and continue to bake
Bake until lightly golden, about 25 minutes.
Let the granola to cool (about 40 minutes).
Then add try fruits (raisins or other dried)
You can store granola for 1 to 2 weeks in airtight container at room temperature or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
